In short

  • GrowMyPin Studio writes Pinterest pin drafts for your products. Nothing is posted unless you approve it and confirm.
  • You connect your own Pinterest account through Pinterest's official sign in. We never ask for your password.
  • You are responsible for what you approve: the words, the image, the link and the product behind it.
  • Forecasts and estimates are guides, not promises. We do not guarantee views, clicks or sales.
  • The Studio is an independent tool. It is not made by, or affiliated with, Pinterest, Etsy or Shopify.
  • Done-for-you agency work by GrowMyPin has its own separate terms. These terms cover the Studio only.

This summary helps you read quickly. The full text below is what applies.

01Who we are and what these terms cover

GrowMyPin Studio (the Studio) is a software tool run by GrowMyPin, a sole proprietorship registered with Udyam (MSME) and based in Delhi, India (we, us, our). You means the person or business using the Studio.

These Terms of Service apply whenever you visit the Studio website, use the free Try it demo, connect a Pinterest account, or use any paid plan. By using the Studio you agree to these terms, our Plans, Billing and Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use and Content Policy. Together they are the full agreement between you and us for the Studio.

GrowMyPin also runs a done-for-you Pinterest marketing agency. Agency services, packages and charges are covered by the separate agency terms at grow-my-pin-terms.vercel.app, not by these terms.

Situation

You are an existing GrowMyPin agency client and you also start using the Studio yourself.

What happens

Your agency work stays under the agency terms. Anything you create, approve and publish inside the Studio is under these Studio terms. If both teams touch the same Pinterest account, tell us so we can avoid posting the same product twice on the same day.

02Who can use the Studio

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • The Studio is made for businesses and sellers (Etsy, Shopify or your own store). It is not a consumer service for children.
  • You need a Pinterest account you own or are authorised to manage. A Pinterest business account is strongly recommended, because Pinterest only gives analytics to business accounts.
  • You must follow Pinterest's own terms, Community Guidelines and merchant guidelines, as well as the rules of your store platform.
Situation

You manage Pinterest for a client and want to connect their account.

What happens

The account owner (your client) should sign in to Pinterest and give access themselves, or give you written permission to do it for them. You are responsible for having that permission. If an account owner tells us they did not authorise the connection, we will disconnect it.

03Connecting your Pinterest account

You connect through Pinterest's official OAuth sign in. You sign in on Pinterest's own page and choose to give the Studio access. Pinterest then gives the Studio an access token. We never see or store your Pinterest password.

The Studio asks only for the permissions it needs: reading your profile and analytics, reading your boards, reading pins, and creating pins that you approve. You can see exactly what each one is used for on our Privacy Policy.

  • Your access token is encrypted and kept in a secure cookie in your own browser.
  • You can disconnect at any time with the Disconnect button, or by removing GrowMyPin Studio from the apps section of your Pinterest settings.
  • Never share your Pinterest password with anyone claiming to be from GrowMyPin. We will never ask for it.
Situation

You change your Pinterest password, or Pinterest signs you out of connected apps.

What happens

Your connection may stop working. The Studio will ask you to connect again. Drafts saved in your browser are not lost.

Situation

Someone messages you on WhatsApp or email, says they are from GrowMyPin, and asks for your Pinterest password or a one time code.

What happens

This is not us. Do not share it. Report it to us on our official WhatsApp so we can warn other sellers.

04How drafts, approval and publishing work

The Studio follows one simple rule: a pin is published only after you approve it and then confirm Publish. There is no setting that lets the Studio post on its own.

  • Drafts are written by AI from the product details you enter. Drafts are suggestions. They are not posted.
  • Approve marks a draft as ready. You can undo an approval at any time before publishing.
  • Editing an approved pin sends it back to review, so your approval always matches the final text.
  • Publish shows a final confirmation with the board name and the list of pins. Only after you confirm are the pins sent to Pinterest.
  • Reject moves a draft out of the way. You can restore it later.
Situation

You approve and publish a pin by mistake.

What happens

The pin is now live on your Pinterest board. The Studio does not have permission to delete or edit your pins, so you can delete it directly in Pinterest. We cannot reverse a publish for you.

Situation

Publishing fails for one pin (for example, Pinterest rejects the image link).

What happens

That pin is marked Failed with the reason from Pinterest. It is not retried automatically. Fix the issue and approve and publish it again. Other pins in the same batch are not affected.

Situation

You approved pins on one device and open the Studio on another device.

What happens

Drafts are saved in the browser where you created them. They do not move between devices yet. Publish from the device that has the drafts.

05AI written drafts

Pin titles, descriptions and alt text are written with the help of an AI model. We instruct it to write honest, keyword-led copy without false claims, fake discounts or prices. Even so, AI can make mistakes.

  • You must read every draft before approving it. Approving a draft means you accept it as your own content.
  • Check product facts (material, size, colour, ingredients), claims and the link before you approve.
  • Do not approve claims you cannot support, especially health, safety, medical or financial claims.
Situation

A draft says your ring is solid gold, but it is gold plated.

What happens

Edit the draft before approving, or reject it. If you approve it as written, the published claim is your responsibility. Tell us about it so we can improve the instructions we give the AI.

Situation

A draft for a herbal product says it cures a condition.

What happens

Do not approve it. Health cure claims break Pinterest's rules and the law in many countries. Rewrite it to describe the product honestly, for example as a herbal tea blend.

06Your content and your rights

You keep full ownership of your product photos, listings, brand names and everything you add to the Studio (your content). You give us a limited permission to process your content only to run the Studio for you: to write drafts, show previews and send approved pins to Pinterest.

  • You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every image and link you add.
  • Pin copy written for you in the Studio is yours to use once you approve it.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.
Situation

You use product photos copied from another seller's listing.

What happens

Pinterest can detect duplicate images and quietly limit your account's reach, and the photo owner can file a copyright claim. This is your responsibility. We recommend your own photos or AI-generated lifestyle images you have the rights to.

07What you may not do

Our Acceptable Use and Content Policy lists the products and behaviour that are not allowed. In short, do not use the Studio to promote anything illegal, adult, deceptive or harmful, do not try to break or overload the Studio, and do not use it to post spam.

Situation

You try to publish dozens of near-identical pins to many boards every hour.

What happens

This looks like spam to Pinterest and can get your account limited. We may slow down or block publishing that looks like spam to protect your account and our access to Pinterest.

08Forecasts, estimates and results

The Studio shows growth forecasts with worst, average and best case lines, and estimates of views and clicks. These are average estimates, not real data and not a promise. Real results depend on your product or service, your images, your niche, your prices, your store and on Pinterest itself, which decides who sees your pins.

  • We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, saves, followers or sales.
  • Pinterest is a discovery platform. Turning visits into sales depends on your listing, price and offer.
  • Any charges based on views use the real numbers from your Pinterest analytics, never the forecast.
Situation

The forecast showed an average of 54K monthly views in 3 months, and your account reached 20K.

What happens

That is within the range of possible outcomes. The forecast was an estimate. There is no refund or credit for a difference between a forecast and real results. Your actual numbers will improve the next forecast.

Situation

Your views grow but you get no sales.

What happens

Views and clicks show that Pinterest users are discovering your products. Sales depend on your listing, reviews, price and shipping. We are not responsible for sales outcomes.

09Pinterest and other platforms

The Studio uses the official Pinterest API. GrowMyPin Studio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc., Etsy or Shopify. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

  • Pinterest can change its API, rules or limits at any time. Some Studio features may change, slow down or pause because of that.
  • Pinterest decides how your pins are distributed and can restrict or suspend accounts under its own rules. We cannot override Pinterest's decisions.
Situation

Pinterest suspends or limits your account.

What happens

We cannot restore it. You can appeal directly with Pinterest. If the suspension was caused by your content or listings, it does not entitle you to a refund. If you believe a Studio fault caused it, contact us with details and we will review it.

Situation

Pinterest temporarily blocks publishing for all apps, or changes a feature the Studio depends on.

What happens

We will tell you inside the Studio and work on a fix. See the Billing policy for credits during long outages.

10Plans and payments

The free Try it demo needs no account. Paid plans, prices, view-based charges, renewals, cancellations and refunds are explained in detail in our Plans, Billing and Refund Policy. All payments are collected only through our official Razorpay payment links or AutoPay mandates. Never pay to a personal UPI ID or bank account.

11Availability and changes to the Studio

  • We work to keep the Studio available, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control (for example, our hosting or AI provider, or Pinterest).
  • We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is central to your paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
  • Some features may be marked as beta. Beta features may change quickly and may have bugs.
Situation

The Studio is down for a few hours.

What happens

Your Pinterest account and published pins are not affected. Drafts in your browser stay saved. Try again later. For outages longer than 72 hours on a paid plan, see the credit rules in the Billing policy.

12Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the Studio at any time: disconnect your Pinterest account, clear your drafts, and cancel any paid plan as described in the Billing policy.

We may limit, suspend or end your access if you break these terms or our Acceptable Use policy, if you put other users or our Pinterest access at risk, if payments fail and are not fixed, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.

Situation

You keep trying to publish pins for a prohibited product after a warning.

What happens

We will suspend publishing on your account. Paid fees for the current period are not refunded when access is ended for a serious breach.

13Our responsibility and its limits

We provide the Studio with care, but as is and as available. To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, lost data, account restrictions by Pinterest, or indirect losses.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim about the Studio is limited to the amount you paid us for the Studio in the 3 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to cover us for losses caused by content you approved and published, by products you promote, or by your breach of these terms or of Pinterest's rules.

14Changes, law and disputes

  • We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will show a notice in the Studio at least 15 days before it applies. Continuing to use the Studio after that means you accept the new terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
  • Before going to court, please contact us. Most issues can be solved quickly by talking.

15Contact and grievances

For any question, complaint or grievance about the Studio, contact GrowMyPin, Delhi, India on WhatsApp: wa.me/growmypin. Our grievance contact is the founder, Nikhil Pal. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
