In short
- The Studio uses a simple model: a monthly base charge, plus view-based charges only when your account actually grows past the view milestones in your plan.
- View-based charges use the real monthly impressions in your Pinterest analytics, never a forecast.
- Each milestone is charged once. If your views dip and climb back, you are not charged again for the same milestone.
- If your account is already above a milestone when you join, that milestone is not charged. You pay only for progress made with the Studio.
- Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments go only through official Razorpay links or AutoPay. Never pay to a personal UPI ID.

01How Studio plans are structured
Studio pricing is separate from GrowMyPin agency packages. Your Studio plan has two parts:
| Part | What it is | When it is charged |
|---|---|---|
| Base charge | The monthly price of your Studio plan (currently Rs 1,499 a month for the standard plan). | At the start of each monthly billing period. |
| View-based charges | A one time charge when your Pinterest account reaches a monthly view milestone listed in your plan. | After Pinterest analytics show the milestone was reached. |
| Free Try it demo | The sample demo on our website. No account, no payment. | Never charged. |
The exact plan price, the milestones and the charge for each milestone are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. The numbers shown at checkout are the ones that apply to you.
If we ever offer a free trial or a promotional price, the trial length and what happens after it are shown at signup. A trial converts to a paid plan only if you have agreed to it at checkout.
02How views are measured
- We use impressions from your Pinterest account analytics, read through the official Pinterest API. This is the same number you see in Pinterest Analytics and in your Studio dashboard.
- A milestone is reached when your account's impressions over the last 30 days are at or above the milestone, using days Pinterest has finished processing.
- Your starting point is recorded on the day your paid plan starts. Milestones you were already above on that day are marked as reached and are not charged.
- Forecasts and estimates are never used for billing.
When you join, your account already has 30,000 monthly views and your plan has milestones at 25,000 and 50,000.
The 25,000 milestone is marked as already reached and is not charged. You are charged for the 50,000 milestone only if your account reaches it after you start.
Pinterest later revises your analytics (for example, it removes spam impressions) and the corrected number is below a milestone you were charged for.
Send us a screenshot or export from Pinterest Analytics. If the corrected number shows the milestone was not reached, we refund that milestone charge in full.
Your views come mostly from old pins you made before using the Studio.
Charges are based on your account's total monthly views, because that is the number both of us can check in Pinterest. This is why we record your starting point and only charge for milestones reached after you join.
03Milestone charges in detail
- Each milestone is charged only once during your subscription.
- If your views drop below a milestone and later return above it, you are not charged again for that milestone.
- Before charging a milestone, we show it in your dashboard with the date it was reached and the analytics number behind it.
- If you reach two milestones in the same month, both are shown and charged in that month.
Your account reaches 50,000 monthly views in month 2, drops to 40,000 in month 3, and returns to 55,000 in month 4.
You are charged the 50,000 milestone once, in month 2. Nothing extra is charged in month 4 for the same milestone.
You cancel, and later subscribe again.
A new subscription records a new starting point on the day it begins. Milestones you are already above on that day are not charged again.
04Payments, AutoPay and invoices
- Payments are collected only through official GrowMyPin Razorpay payment links, or a UPI AutoPay or card mandate set up through Razorpay.
- With AutoPay, the base charge is collected automatically each period. Milestone charges are shown in your dashboard before they are collected.
- You receive a payment receipt for every charge. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Never pay a GrowMyPin charge to a personal UPI ID, phone number or bank account. We will never ask you to.
Someone sends you a different payment link or UPI ID and says it is from GrowMyPin.
Do not pay. Confirm with us on our official WhatsApp first. We are not responsible for payments made outside our official Razorpay links.
05Failed payments
- If a payment fails, we will notify you and try again.
- You have a 7 day grace period to fix the payment. During this time the Studio keeps working.
- If the payment is still not made after 7 days, publishing is paused. Your drafts, settings and history are kept, and you can still view your dashboard.
- As soon as the payment is completed, publishing resumes.
Your AutoPay mandate fails because of a bank limit.
You will see a notice in the Studio. Pay through the Razorpay link we send, or update the mandate, within 7 days to avoid a pause.
06Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel at any time from your account, or by messaging us on our official WhatsApp.
- After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further base charges are made.
- Milestones reached before your cancellation date can still be charged. Milestones reached after the cancellation date are not charged.
- Cancelling the Studio plan does not delete your Pinterest pins. Published pins stay on your Pinterest account.
You cancel on day 10 of a monthly period.
You can keep using the Studio until day 30 of that period. The base charge for that period is not refunded, and you will not be charged again.
07What is refundable and what is not
| Situation | Refund or credit |
|---|---|
| You were charged twice for the same thing (duplicate payment) | Full refund of the duplicate |
| A milestone charge where Pinterest's corrected analytics show it was not reached | Full refund of that milestone charge |
| The Studio was fully unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row because of a fault on our side | Credit for the days lost, added to your next period |
| You cancel in the middle of a period | No refund for that period; access continues to the end of it |
| Results were lower than a forecast or estimate | No refund; forecasts are estimates |
| Pinterest limited or suspended your account because of your content or listings | No refund |
| We suspended your access for a serious breach of our terms | No refund for the current period |
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
You forgot to cancel and were charged for a new month you did not use at all.
Message us within 3 days of the charge. If you have not published any pins in that period, we will refund it once as a goodwill gesture.
08Billing questions and chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, please contact us first on WhatsApp: wa.me/growmypin with the payment ID. We will check it and reply within 2 working days. Raising a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may pause your account while the bank reviews it.
09Price changes
- We may change plan prices or milestones in the future.
- We will tell you at least 15 days before a new price applies to you. You can cancel before it applies.
- Charges for milestones you already reached are never changed retroactively.
